Change management is the discipline that guides how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes.

Change Management Approach

Identify deliverables tasks and related due dates

Focus on completing approach documents for Change Management, Communications/Engagement and Training

Work with PMO to discuss strategy to reach out key members of the lines of business

Obtain signoff on all approach documents by June

Complete the related plans for the approach documents

Repair the relationship with Corporate Communication

Start sending out communications as per the Communication Plan in order to start building awareness

After identifying key people, set up meetings and a schedule for them to deliver department details relating to their stakeholders, communications, and training approach
