Raman has a seasoned background in business and information technology consulting. He began his career in private sector consulting focusing on strategic planning, ERP project implementations, data analytics, and application development. Subsequently, Raman specialized in the Project consulting arena focusing on the management and execution of complex technology transformation projects. He has consulted at a number of state agencies in Texas and private sector clients managing various data management, systems integration, and technology transformation projects. Over his career, Raman has built project offices and teams from the ground up for various employers and clients developing a portfolio of experiences in public and private sector consulting taking projects from concept to execution.
